Customer Service

Job Summary

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

General Responsibilities

  • Respond by phone and email to customers in a timely manner that meets our customer satisfaction objectives
  • Process orders and/or follow up with appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Analyse requests, identify the level of urgency and prioritize
  • Make decisions to respond to customer needs/requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Manage communications with internal and external customers
  • Follow up on deliveries, anticipate and manage related issues
  • Attend daily team meetings (customer experience, production, shipping, etc.)
  • Support the sales team and propose solutions to satisfy the customer
  • Communicate internally any feedback related to customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Analytical skills
  • Sense of planning and organization
  • Good ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to adapt and to quickly grasp the needs
  • Demonstrate influence, persuasion, diplomacy and firmness in problematic situations while having the ability to maintain harmonious business relations
