They should be able to create a classroom climate conducive to learning in order to teach them the basics of the subject to be taught.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>General responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare the material to be taught and present it to students while respecting the training program of the Quebec school (PFEQ) as well as the progression of learning (PDA);<\/li>\n<li>Teach students using a methodical plan that includes lessons, discussions, audiovisual presentations and field trips;<\/li>\n<li>Guide students in activities aimed at promoting their physical, mental and social development and school readiness;<\/li>\n<li>Revise the lesson plan and develop different approaches to retain students&rsquo; attention and allow them to better understand the material being taught;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the good cognitive and social development of the students in their charge;<\/li>\n<li>Work in collaboration with other members of the school team (such as specialist educators, psychologists, psycho educators and speech therapists);<\/li>\n<li>Identify the learning needs of each child;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement remedial programs for children who need more supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studies in teaching or education;<\/li>\n<li>Teaching certificate or legal teaching qualification;<\/li>\n<li>Teaching experience is an asset.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>This position offers<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disability Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Life insurance<\/li>\n<li>Vacation and Compensatory Leave<\/li>\n<li>Retirement pension<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program<\/li>\n<li>On-site parking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>How to Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please send your CV and cover letter to Nguetsop Laurence email at <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@intmobilityservices.com\">recruitment@intmobilityservices.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job summary The candidate will be responsible for teaching students in the preschool or primary education sector.
